Wendy Epstein, principal, is a seasoned practitioner focused on the intersection of organizational strategy, revenue development and purposeful execution to address long-term sustainability goals and challenges in nonprofit organizations.

She has held the positions of executive director, chief campaign fundraiser, and development director, in addition to her 15 years of consulting to nonprofits in the cultural, education, health and social services arenas. Wendy serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations and on the Advisory Committee of the Nonprofit Executive Leadership Institute (NELI) at Bryn Mawr College.
